Xiaokai (Kai) Pan is a shareholder of the company and serves as its representative on the governing board. With over 15 years of professional experience in the education business sector, he has extensive expertise in international student recruitment and the global education industry.

Kai holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Sydney, Australia. His deep understanding of technology and education enables him to drive strategic initiatives that support institutional growth and student success.
