At Zenith Innovation Institute, we are committed to providing students with opportunities to connect academic learning with practical, industry-relevant experience.

Our Master of Business Administration (MBA) incorporates Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities designed to enable students to apply their knowledge and skills to authentic business contexts. Depending on the student’s course and approved WIL arrangements, these opportunities may include industry projects, internships, placements and other structured work-based learning activities.

To support these opportunities, Zenith Innovation Institute has established an arrangement with Intern Gateway Agency, an organisation that assists in facilitating suitable industry-based opportunities for eligible students. These opportunities are subject to availability, student eligibility, academic requirements and the applicable WIL procedures.

For MBA students, WIL may involve undertaking a real-world business project or industry-based activity, allowing students to apply concepts developed throughout their studies to practical organisational challenges. Where a project or placement is undertaken, students will be provided with appropriate guidance regarding the process, including eligibility, application, allocation, supervision, assessment and completion requirements.

It is important to note that WIL opportunities are structured educational experiences and are not guaranteed employment opportunities. The availability and nature of individual placements or projects may vary according to industry availability, student circumstances and the requirements of the relevant course and WIL arrangement.
